We always welcome new players to join us for a rehearsal at St Mark's Church Hall in Surbiton on Tuesday evenings. Whilst we do not hold formal auditions, we prefer prospective members to attend a succession of rehearsals before receiving a formal invitation to become a member of Linden Wind Orchestra.

We pride ourselves on performing a challenging repertoire and therefore require new players to have ensemble experience and be able to perform to approximately Grade VIII standard. If you have had a break from banding, please do not let that stop you coming along to meet us, it’s like riding a bike!

 

We welcome enquiries for all sections of the Band, but currently have specific vacancies on the following instruments:​

• French Horn

• Trumpet
